Plain rules for when and how the money comes back if the project doesn't go ahead.
Before work starts
- If the project is still at the clarification stage and no development has begun, you can cancel in one click and get a full refund.
- The refund is processed within 14 business days after your request.
After work has started
- Once development has begun, the paid amount covers the work already completed. The deposit is not returned in full.
- If the project is stopped part-way, I calculate the actually completed volume and return the unused balance within 14 business days.
How to request a refund
- Write to me by email or Telegram with the project details. I review the request, confirm the completed volume and the refundable amount, and transfer the money.
- The refund is sent to the same payment method used for the original payment.
What is not refundable
- Payments for work that has already been delivered, tested and accepted.
- Cases where the project was stopped because the brief or access to services was not provided on time.
